Motor Design Solutions (MDS)
Standard “off-the-shelf” electric machines most often can provide the solution to your motor or motion control requirements. However, if your application is unusual or has demanding requirements we will engineer a machine design to optimize the performance of your product. Many times this results in increasing our customer’s productivity and product reliability while reducing costs.
MDS has the capability to design both conventional and novel electric machines. Some of the radial flux machines we have worked on are:

- Outer rotor surface PM machines
One of our strengths is the design of Axial Flux PM (AFPM) motors. Here are the list of some of the axial flux machines we have designed:

- Axial airgap multiple-stator-multiple-rotor servomotor with SMC material
- Axial flux double-stator-single-rotor PM motor with field control
